Polish club claim their second European title with a 6–0 final win over hosts Sporting Amp Football Fano
Wisła Kraków are the champions of Europe again. The Polish club won the 7th EAFF Champions League, played in Fano, Italy, from 23 to 25 October 2026, beating hosts Sporting Amp Football 6–0 in the final at the Stadio Mancini. Wisła scored their first goal in the 20th minute and led 3–0 at half-time.
It is Wisła’s second Champions League title, after their win in Sassuolo in 2024.
Six Clubs, One Trophy
Six clubs from six countries competed in Fano: Sporting Amp Football (Italy), Wisła Kraków (Poland), Fundación Betis Sevilla (Spain), FSV Mainz 05 (Germany), AFC Tbilisi (Georgia) and Pokrova AMP Lviv (Ukraine), who made their Champions League debut. Their head coach, Nazariy Rusetskyi, called it a historic moment for Ukrainian amputee football.
The hosts had an outstanding tournament. Sporting won their group with a 7–0 win over Mainz and a 5–0 win over Tbilisi, then beat Fundación Betis Sevilla 5–2 in the semi-final to reach their first final.
“Against such a strong opponent there was little we could do,” said Andrea Gemma, President of Sporting Amp Football Fano. He added that the final did not spoil the celebration of a historic second place, and thanked the City of Fano and the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) for their support.
