It’s confirmed! EAFF Champions League 2022 will be played from May 20th to 22th in Krakow, Poland! This year’s tournament will be the third edition of this competition in history. Previously, the organizers of the event were Georgia and Turkey.
On May 20-22, Krakow will be visited by the eight best teams from Europe, which won the championship titles in their respective countries last year. They are: host Wisła Kraków (Poland), Etimesgut Municipality Amputee Sport Club (TURKEY), Manchester City (ENGLAND), Sporting Amp Football (ITALY), OL Jouy le Moutier (FRANCE), Qarabağ Fk (AZERBAIJAN), Afc Tbilisi (GEORGIA) and C.D Flamencos Amputados Sur (SPAIN).
The group stage of the games will take place at the Garbarnia stadium, well-known tfrom the September AMP FUTBOL EURO Krakow 2021. The final will be played however on the main pitch of the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium in Krakow, where on a daily basis plays first team of Wisła Kraków, 13-time Polish champion.
The organizers of the event are the City of Krakow and TS Wisła Kraków SA, and its Ambassador is the well-known world-famous footballer, former Borusia Dortmund player – Jakub Błaszczykowski.
Soon, the best world-class amputee football will come to Krakow again!
